From first idea to final delivery, every Dulce Piñata is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted with creativity, cultura, and joy.

Submit your request.
Start by filling out our Custom Piñata Request Form with details about your event, theme, and timeline.
This helps us understand your celebration and recommend the best design, size, and structure for your piñata.

Design Confirmation & Quote.
Within 2–3 business days, we’ll review your request and follow up to confirm the design direction.
You’ll receive a custom quote and timeline along with an invoice to secure your order.

50% Deposit
To begin production, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit (payable via the invoice link).
Once received, we’ll start creating your piñata — every piece is handcrafted by our studio.

Pickup or Delivery
Your piñata will be ready for pickup or delivery on the agreed date. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion.
We’ll make sure everything arrives safely and ready to celebrate!
