Our Work

• Every piñata is handmade with love. Because of this, no two are exactly alike.

• Custom orders require advance notice and depend on our schedule and materials.

 

Orders & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required for custom orders.

• Full payment is due before delivery or pickup.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

• We cannot offer refunds on custom piñatas once production has started.

• If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible. We may credit your deposit toward a future order (case by case).

 

Safety

• Piñatas are for celebration and decoration. Please use responsibly!

• Dulce Piñatas is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during use.

 

Our Designs

• All piñata designs, artwork, and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of Dulce Piñatas.

• Clients receive the right to use their piñata for personal or event purposes only.

• Ownership of design rights (for reproduction, resale, or commercial use) is not included in standard orders.

• Clients who wish to purchase full ownership of a design (including reproduction rights) may do so for an additional fee, agreed upon in writing.
